How to contract your Representative and ask for support/co-sponsor of H.R. 619, the exemption for the DELTA QUEEN:
Find Your Representative · House.gov
When you open this link and type in your zip code it will tell you who your Representative is in the U. S. House of Representatives. Scroll down and there is their Washington DC number. Simply call that number and ask for the person that deals with Transportation issues. This is the person that needs to know you support H.R. 619, the exemption for the DELTA QUEEN. Urge them to speak with the Representative and encourage them to co-sponsor H.R. 619. It is a non-partisan issue, as proven in the Senate by a passing vote of 85 - 12!!!!

Thank you Ron. Knowing one person used the link is worth it. Hopefully others have done it and just didn't let it be known. For sure, this is a National issue!!!! EVERYONE, no matter where they live, if they love the DELTA QUEEN should be calling their Representative!!!

Your calls to your Representatives asking for support of H.R. 619, the exemption for the DELTA QUEEN is making a difference. We added three more co-sponsors today. For some reason Congress.gov lists the number as 22, but only shows 19 names. I called the Transportation Committee office and if I understood him correctly, we added Thompson of Mississippi, Turner of Ohio, and Banks of Indiana. Keep up the good work! If you have not called your Rep yet - please do so ASAP! Those calls are a huge help! ⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓
