A Golden Opportunity?

Seems to me if ever there was a time to get federal assistance for the DQ, now is the time. With the currant crisis the federal government is throwing out money like we've never seen before....0% loans, whoever heard of that? Free money! The DQ would be the perfect "get back to work" project because they would be spending money in every segment of the economy; everything form keeping a shipyard working, boiler makers, to kitchen supplies and bath towels, then after the boat is renovated it will be a large employer. It's the exact type project politicians like to brag about..."see what I've done to bring the Louisiana economy back"!
If ever there was a time, now is that time.
