The Belle's engineroom bells

Here are the engine room bells of the BELLE OF LOUISVILLE. Thanks to Tom Schiffer for sending the pictures and the following description: The big bell appears to be about twelve inches in diameter, the smaller one about half that and the gong about 12 inches in diameter. The bells are mounted on what looks like a piece of large, slightly unwound, clock spring.
