Julius C. Wilkie Steamboat Center

In 2008 the Julius C. Wilkie had been demolished and removed by the City of Winona. So unfortunately there is nothing left to see, steamboat-wise, at Winona.

The JULIUS C. WILKIE (former JAMES P. PEARSON #T1336) is a life size replica of a former steamboat, which burned down on Mar 12, 1981, showing artifacts of the river history, Victorian furniture and steamboat models. The boat is located in an artificial basin on the Levee at Levee Park.
