The Keokuk River Museum is located in the steam towboat GEO. M. VERITY (#T0921) sitting on the banks of the Mississippi River. Walk through an old towboat and experience the life on the river.

Located at Victory Park at the river, from Hwy 136 east (Main St) turn right on 2nd St (at Keosippi Mall), turn left on Bank St down to the railroad tracks.

Lock and Dam No. 19

Lock No. 19 is the largest lock on the Upper Mississippi River with a lift of 38.2 feet. There is a nice observation area. The lock activity can also be viewed from Victory Park and the old Mississippi River bridge now used as a pedestrian viewing area.
