Well...that is two dates I messed up on! You are right!
The crosshead incedent was in 1991. I remember an overnight in Louisville where Frank Prudent, Ann Zeiger, Barb Hamiester, Allen Dale and I all hung out in the Texas Lounge till after 12 midnight with Phyllis Dale.
That was a great evening.
We took lots of passengers from the Str. Delta Queen on our afternoon excursions aboard the Str. Belle of Louisville (I was Calliopist on-board the "Belle" at the time). It seems to me the Str. Delta Queen was in Louisville about a day or two.
I love this age thing....if it isn't on paper...it is a guestimate!
