Sharon: I will not be at Tall Stacks, but hope to see you at another river gathering sometime. I know the issue of the S&D REFLECTOR you refer to with the color photo of Bill Reed's painting of the steamer TARASCON. The painting was done for the late Bert Fenn, of Tell City, Indiana. After his death, his fabulous river collection was sold at auction in 1994 and the painting has been seen since then in an antique show.
