It is still so sad that progress seems so slow. I did have a discussion with someone who asked why they were really going to re-build New Orleans. So, I commented that if San Francisco suffered another major earthquake, do you think they would re-build? She said- of course and immediately understood my point.
So, thanks for providing us with what is happening.
