When Dave Crecelius died it was Lee Moore whom took over as the BELLE's "Chief". Dad started working weekends as her "Weekend Chief" in 1982 after Art Reese died the proceeding year. When Dad started the three engineers became Lee Moore, Mike Pfleider, and William R. Prudent.

Later on Leroy Culp started to help out and Steve Matingly, and Mike McCoy got their licenses.
