Subject: another Julia Belle Swain?

I was looking on ebay this morning, and I came across an old postcard of a steamer (a sidewheeler, I believe) named Julia Belle Swain, that was supposedly pictured at Racine Wisconsin! Racine has a small (in length)navigable river, (the Root River) about 1 mile or so, from it's mouth at Lake Michigan! Could this boat be from Racine, Ohio....I have looked up some lake vessels from the 40's and back...no Julia Belle Swain...confusing to me!
