Happy 11th wedding anniversary (yesterday) to Dick and Nancy Prater, steamboat enthusiasts of the highest order and frequent travelers on the DQ -- not to mention being relatives of the famous "Miss Helen", who is currently in residence with them in Florida. Dick was watchman on the DQ during the days when his grandfather, Capt. Jesse P. Hughes was revered as the "Dean of Ohio River Pilots".
