Steve, Those old wooden life floats turn up all over the place. I have seen them used as shelves, steps, etc. When there were stacks of them on the second deck of the former steamer RENOWN (wharfboat for the BELLE long ago) the boat's mascot cat TABBY often had a litter of kittens. It was amusing to watch tiny kittens playing in those life floats, popping up out of the hand holes in them. I have even seen a few life floats in antique malls on that four lettered word that drains our checkbooks: EBAY !!!!!! You just might find a float from the WISHERD!
