Oops! I stuck my big foot in my mouth over that. Ha, ha, ha. Well, you know I was thinking of those types who 'steal' the life rings. I know you didn't do that! Hey, I'd love to have some of that concrete and steel from NOLA. At the lake up in Michigan the summer kids like to move and 'shift' the buoy channel markers and 'NO WAKE' signs on those floating platforms. If they do the Coast Guard tickets them and, for lost/damaged navigation signs, assesses them (or their parents) $500.
