Dale, I just received mine in the mail today. It's fabulous. For those who may not be able to pick it up the Travel Weekly site up on the web. Note: Travel Weekly is a travel agent publication. The ad is to boost travel agent sales.
Here are a few lines from the ad.
Heading: A Jouney Through The Past On A Boat That's Been There.
"She's a National Historic Landmark. She's hosted three presidents and a princess. She even served her country in World War II."
"She's the legendary Delta Queen, the flagship of the Delta Queen Steamboat Company's three-boat fleet."
"Warm and inviting, this queen offers all the ambiance of a fine Victoria home. It's the perfect setting for relaxed conversation, absorbing a Riverlorian lecture or simply watching the river roll by."
A little note from Phyllis Dale:
For those who tune into this website but have never cruised on the steamboats, doesn't this make you want to start thinking seriously about booking a cruise one of these beautiful vessels? They are all warm and inviting...The Legendary Delta Queen, The Magnificent Mississippi Queen or the Grand American Queen. Call your travel agent and book a cruise. If you don't have a travel agent or there isn't one in your area, call the Delta Queen Steamboat Company. 800-543-1949.
Let's Go Steamboatin'!
