Actually, didn't mean to draw attention to my car but to the wharf. The car thing just slipped out.Yeah, mom would always try to go on the fist night and the last night...first to welcome and greet everyone and as one crew member used to say in jest, to "board her up in cheap lumber", in reference to when Fred Way et al brought her around. The last night to thank everyone for coming and to use daddy's old line in her speech, "If you've had a good time, we're so glad...go home and tell your friends because word of mouth advertising is our best kind...but if you haven't had a good time, for God's sake keep your mouth shut!".(They'd all laugh)..then she'd say "ok, folks, let's all get up and dance our way into Cincinnati!". and remember how the ol ladies used to dance together? No one thought a thing about it. I guess today they'd think you were an old you know what if they danced together ??....Jane
