Hi, Jane: Yeah, that was a bad incident with the accident. You were something else back then with that MERCEDES! As I remember it was the 'sport model,' wasn't it? Your mother always drove bigger, 'conservative' cars and often had them loaded on the bow of the DQ so's she could drive back home from the lock and dam--or Louisville--to meet and greet the passengers after dinner in the evening on the out-bound trip. Other times she'd drive the boat down, board and then drive home when the DQ docked late or early the next morning. Cheers, Dale
