Dale, I just recalled that I have a color slide of the AVALON at the Cincinnati landing, just aft of the Greene Line wharfboat. There's a pile of coal on the landing - and a big Hatfield Coal Company truck prominently in view. The slide, taken by the late Karl Smith, is dated 1948.
