Dear Carmen,
I've read the article and saw the beautiful photos that were included. This is absolutely great for the steamboats. The article written by Hugh Mulligan is being picked up internationally and even being published in some airline magazines. From what I understand, Hugh is a highly respected Associated Press writer. His stories are usually picked up by the daily U.S. and international newspapers.
He rode the Delta Queen this past October and was very impressed with his cruise. Looks like he really enjoyed talking to the officers and crew.
Can you imagine what this is going to do for the steamboats? As far as my name being in it...99.99% of the people who read this article will just bypass it. The main thing is that they are going to read about "Rolling on the River" aboard the Delta Queen, Mississippi Queen and American Queen.
