of these discussions. I told Keith Norrington that he
wouldn't even see half the messages posted since he is
computerless from Friday pm to Monday am. This will
enable everyone to stay current. I guess we're posting
a lot now in the cold doldrums of winter with no
steamboats currently having steam up. We might be the
modern day equivalent of the famous St. Louis Hot Stove
League, which included Ruth Ferris, Jim Swift, Rudy
Gerber and several other river personalities around 180
UMR. But just think, they all lived within 20 miles or
so of each other, and here we are, scattered all over
the country, with our maestro in Munich, Germany
