That little booklet was done entirely by Richard Stewart, I hasten to add. He did all the research, wrote it , busted his butt and got the thanks of no one, apparently, when it emerged as a Betty Blake thing. How THAT happened I'll never know, but I always and still do think that STANK! Referring , of course, to the nasty fact that I feel that Richard got messed over on that one. Jane
