Dale, vegetable soup and cornbread sound wonderful on a cccccccold day like today! Yep, I only lasted six years in the classroom (but those kids knew all about the rivers and steamboats!)before jumping ship to go into the pipe organ business. Yes, Judy would be an ideal riverlorian! She knows the subject thoroughly and has a fabulous river collection that would supply all sorts of "props". Ever hear her narration aboard the Str. NATCHEZ? Passengers on those cruises leave the boat with appreciation and all sorts of knowledge about the New Orleans harbor! Here's another vote for Judy as a relief riverlorian!!!!!
