Hello All:
We just wanted to let everyone know of a really nice gesture that DQSC offered us this week via mail to say "we're sorry" after the Belle of Louisville situation.
There was a letter of apology and an offer for future travels. It was sincere and heartfelt.
We thought it was really cool that they responded in this manner. Regardless of what the problems were at the time they made the best choices they could make given the circumstances.
Thanks DQSC for listening.
