The Holy Bible of Riverboat Gaming Genesis 1:1 In the beginning in the great state of Iowa, gaming was allowed as an added attraction on a cruise. No more than 30% of the boat's space could be used for gaming. Boats had to cruise multiple times each day. The Holy Bible of Riverboat Gaming Revelations In the great state of Iowa riverboats do not have to cruise at all and 100% of the space is dedicated to gaming. Darin is not exaggerating. Casinos are KUDZU and local officials are wimps. Whatever the casino wants, the casino gets. Period. And as Elaine noted, this bill could include both the AQ and MQ, if they chose to run both on NOLA roundtrips. As I've said many times: gamblers don't care about boats; boat fans don't care about gambling. What gambler now pays $300-500 a day to board a boat to gamble????
