Another Bert Fenn-Tell City Chair Company contribution, if I remember correctly, was the ginberbread decorations in the cabin where the dance floor is on the Belle of Louisville. My father worked with Bert in the Chair Company office for over 40 years and he told me Bert donated the wood turnings for the restoration of the Belle. I think this is correct. I was too young and dumb at the time to pay a lot of attention or ask any questions at the time.
