Yeah, that was my shining point my grandfather later told me, meaning that I wouldn't have been hollered at by the President, unlike my 2 cousins!!! What memories this brings of those potcards we rec'd and the phone calls my grandparents made to my mother during their trip....proof positive to the kind of people the Carter's were Ted, as you witnessed 1st hand!
