My grandmother wrote about that "jogging incident" in one of her postcards. We were going to go PDC to visit, but when my Grandfather Zahn called us from Wabasha (i believe) he said, we wouldn't be able to get aboard, so we didn't try to venture over, just watching the news updates on Milwaukee and Chicago TV.
