Isn't it an awesome feeling to see her and to even walk her deck? Back in 90 I took pix and videotape, and put my foot on the guard, but I didn't step on board completely, as I was alone and afraid I'd fall through. How to explain that to rescue people? My dad said I saw the GCG in 51 tied up next to the Avalon in Davenport, but I was too young to remember that. So this was my first encounter with her. What was the river stage? I think it was -.5 when I saw her. ...........
