Subject: Re: FOUND! The Gordon C. Greene!

When I was editing the video on the DQ 75th Anniv,
I obtained some film footage of the "River Queen"
sunk but not lost from view. I can scan a frame or
two and post if anyone is interested. The film
belongs to Bill Warrick and may be included in the
video he's producing now on riverboat history. I
didn't use it due to time constraints but it's very
good footage.

Also, wasn't the Gordon C. Greene the same boat
that was in Bradenton, FL for awhile as a
restaurant? If so, how and when did it get there
and depart from there? Did it go from Bradenton
back to the Mississippi River? And, was it boarded
up like the DQ for it's towing to and from Florida
across the Gulf of Mexico?
