Hi, gang: I need your honest opinions. I was cleaning out file boxes today and recovered the March 15, 1948 interview of Capt. Mary B. Greene in the cabin of the GORDON C. GREENE by G. Andrews Espy. Would it be worth the time--and your interest--for me to condense and excerpt the most important parts of this and 'post' on steamboats.org? I mailed Jane Greene a copy several years ago when I first discovered it. What's my resolution for 2003? Hmmmm, to be brief, concise and NOT bore people! Strange what you find rummaging around on a cold winter afternoon. Best wishes to you all. R. Dale Flick PS> Also found letters from Mrs. Letha C. Greene to me and a number of those old DELTA QUEEN travel folders from the 1950s. Hang on to those folders if you have any.
