Well, now things have taken another twist. As you recall, there are now two gaming companies opening new casinos in St. Louis in the coming years. Now, two companies are disputing a parking lot that is right across from the Admiral. Columbia Sussex, the winning bidder for the Admiral says that if they don't get the parking lot for their new venture, they may negate their bid for the Admiral. So, we'll see how this plays out. I guess that if CS doesn't get their parking lot and the deal is cancelled, it's possible, although remote, that a new operator could decide to keep the Admiral right where it is. Maybe they would even improve the boat.
