Dear Jane: There's no explanation for this strange 'dream' here on my part. No 'embroidering' etc., as you and Gordon know. I was napping today listening to Christmas carols. I woke suddenly and went to my wall calendar by my desk. I grabbed old books and letters from my files. Something felt 'odd.' Why would this come to me now? I was just a little kid in 1946--no previous discussions or reading of material around here and no TV for a week. The Teddy Roosevelt quote came back after a number of years reading his writings. Probably just a concidence. Yet...well... Some on the web would say Dale has taken a walk on the 'far side.' Yeah, right. "Some say that gleams of a remoter world visit the soul in sleep." (Shelly: 'Mount Blanc'). Cheers, R. Dale Flick
