I tried to do an internet search, but didn't come up with much. Found this photo on someone's web site. The photo caption said: "Inside the Petersburg Visitor's Center there is a lot of neat stuff to look at. This is a model of The Talisman. It is a boat that you can ride down the Sangamon River on just like Lincoln did. The boat only runs certain times of the year though so we didn’t get to ride."
Seems like it might still be there, if it is listed on a recent web page like this. At least it was there not long ago, maybe..
