It is just a bunch of raindrops at the moment. Earlier today I could see the Canal St Ferry boats. They appear tied up. The rain seems to have come back in the last hour or so.
From the page I have left the link for, you can go to Bourbon Cam. This will show you that even Bourbon St. is at rest in the hours before the storm.
