I misspoke in the second to last paragraph of my original message. I left off some words. I meant to say in reference to the AQ's Engine Room Bar... "Just don't restrict access to the room, because I like to look at the paddlewheel from the outside balcony."
As for MQ suggestions, they could take the balcony of the Paddlewheel Lounge and make it a casino room. It might entice them to actually get some air conditioning to that section.
