Subject: Re: Steam in a diesal engine block?

This may work on a gasoline engine, but not on a diesel, since the diesel uses injectors instead of intake valves. I have seen wonderful air compressors made from Chrysler auto engines. I have two steam engines that will run nicely on compressed air, after provision for lubrication is taken care of. BTW, the two steam engines used to be in the Ford museum at Dearborn MI, and I sure don't need them any more.
