It's supposed to go to all repeat passengers. But they
apparently aren't doing a very good job if you didn't
get one and Franz and Carmen didn't either. I
understand that they probably don't want to spend extra
postage on overseas mailings, but for everything that
Franz and Carmen have done and the money they've spent
on trips, DN ought to keep them informed anyway. But
why a copy can't make it to Florida, who knows? David
Snow (W. Jeremiah Boone) recently retired and they have
someone new doing the repeaters things, so maybe their
records are messed up. I would suggest that any of you
repeaters who didn't get a copy go to the DQ site,
click on 'contact us' and choose PR. Tell them you
deserve to get the mailings and point out how many
trips you've taken. If they are going to do things,
like repeaters only cruises, then they better have an
accurate database
