The floating restaurant at Madison, Indiana called "THE WHARF" is the main deck of the former Greene Line steamer CARY-BIRD. It is currently open for business and the last time I was aboard, there was a very large framed photo of the boat in her operating days hanging over the doors into the restaurant.
