Yeah, I wonder if any of the passengers or steamboat lovers ever take pictures. Well, gee, what a novel idea.
So, the AQ's gold crowns are at least 8 years removed. I did notice in recent years, that some photos were doctored to remove the crowns. But, the originals still show up quite a bit. Strange that they would continue to use the out of date ones. Of course, some of the pictures are very good, but for those of us who have been around a while, I would have thought that they might take some additional new stock photos. I still hate the picture of that obnoxious dark haired woman who appears at the MQ calliope. She has such a stupid look on her face. But, there she is, year after year.
Oh well, at least they are putting some real effort into advertising. Can't say that they've made it to this particular river city yet, though.
