Ah, aren't onshore winds a joy! The new Toulouse Street
Wharf has a much better bumper setup just for that
reason. At least you didn't have any passengers aboard
to wisecrack about coming in a little hard, or
something of that nature. You had a Federal Pilot
aboard in the drydock just to refloat her? Is that a
regulation? It would seem they should stay aboard for
the river part too. At least Federals only cost about
half as much as the NOBRAs. Glad to know that you all
are home safe, and ready for the stretch run till THE
DAY, only 15 days away! I'll be there with cameras in
hand(and some chocolate chip cookies, of course). I've
lost track of who on this board said they would be on
that first cruise. Please identify yourselves so I can
meet you in person on the
26th...........
