Hi,
this is a very old discussion - I think it exists since mankind invented such things like companies at all.
I work for a publishing house where the same discussion comes up sometimes where the journalists and editors ask: Hey for what do we need the financial people, the human ressouce manager, the curculation manager, etc. as "they only cost money and make no direct profit". Belief me, you can't run a company without an office and you can't run a company without operational stuff. This is a very tight dependency where each side needs the other.
Don't understand me wrong: I don't know the situation in DQSC from inside and I don't want to comment anything what's happening there, as there are many people that have much more insight than I do. But I think it is important to - in general - accept, that none of the both parts in any company could do a sucessful job on their own. Everybody has his important role in the game and also everybody has an important part of the success, too.
