American Queen Steamboat Company Launches New Brochure

The American Queen Steamboat Company is debuting its new 2013 deluxe brochure. The new 32-page brochure chronicles the journeys of the American Queen, the largest riverboat in the world. It showcases the many enhancements and refinements to the onboard product and highlights the kaleidoscope of destinations through the heartland of America.

“The American Queen truly redefines river cruising and provides guests with so much more than they thought was possible on a river cruise. Our guests see the Mississippi River and its tributaries in a whole new way,” explains American Queen Steamboat Company President and COO Ted Sykes. “Our new brochure captures this experience as it describes the acclaimed cuisine, world-class entertainment and amenities including eight lounges and multiple dining options.”

The brochure also details the distinctions which differentiate the American Queen experience from other river cruises as it is the largest, most opulent riverboat in the world, offers journey lengths from seven to 14 days and a diverse array of accommodations to suit every budget. American Steamboat Company points out the following features making “The American Queen difference”:

  • – A dedicated fleet of luxury coaches that follows the boat on every cruise, providing complimentary shore excursions in every port.

Highlights of the new 32-page deluxe brochure include the following:

  • – Voyage descriptions for the 2013 season journeys which include a total of 30 departures from Memphis and New Orleans, showcasing the Lower Mississippi’s fabled plantations, Civil War battlefields, history and Southern culture. New themes such as Blue Hawaii, an Elvis Tribute; Blues & Barbecue; Louisiana History & Culture; Southern Spirits; Gardens of the River; Good Old SummertimeSM; Baseball Legends; and Manifest Destiny are colorfully shared.
  • – Stateroom and suite photographs along with new 3-D renderings that showcase the opulence, attention to detail and spaciousness of the accommodations.
  • – Highlights of the American Queen’s luxurious attributes including acclaimed cuisine of legendary chef Regina Charboneau, Broadway-style entertainment presented in the two-deck high Grand Saloon, and a wealth of enrichment and educational opportunities.
