Default NEW BOOK: The River at Rising Sun

Information shared is history saves.

The River at Rising Sun - 200 years of life along the river at Rising Sun, Indiana

The River at Rising Sun tells the story of the impact the Ohio River has had on the people living on its shore in pictures, maps, diagrams, and words. See the river change from a free flowing waterway into the tamed chain of lakes it is today. See traveling over its waters evolve from drifting with the current, through the steamboat era, into the diesel age.

Special Prepublication offer: Hear Clarke "Doc" Hawley play the steam piano on the Str. Avalon. Visit WebPage1 for a sample.
