Default River Boat china dishes

As a collector of commercial restaurant ware china. I have examples of some patterns used on river packet / lines companies. I have been trying to ID some mystery patterns. 1 Steamer Silverland oval dish circa 1900's-30's . 2 L & C Lines sugar bowl circa 1920's-30's. The L & C Lines pattern came out of Kentucky and Indiana. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks !
