Vic Tooker Information, anyone?

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Can anyone send me biographical information on Vic Tooker? I want to enter his name, as a suggestion, to be nominated for entry into the Four String Banjo National Hall of Fame, but I can't find any information on the web about him. I've just found a few short blurbs about his being on the the Delta Queen, or about his family; I'd like to send a bit more when I suggest his name to the panel at the museum. Every time I listen to my recordings of him I wonder, "Why isn't Vic Tooker in the Hall of Fame?"

I changed my email address a couple of years ago, so I'm not sure if the new one's in the profile/members' area or not; I had to re-register and everything. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
