Hey Mark,

Any good machine shop should be able to re-grind the valve seat and the stem if that's required. Dave Morecraft may be able to help you out. I'd be glad to do it for you except I no longer have my shop. If you don't have any luck in your area please private message me and I can forward you a friend of mines e-mail. He does restoration work.
