Default The unbelieveable MQ Saga

Just got a call from Capt. Troy Delaney in the NATCHEZ pilothouse. Now, at 7:30PM Friday, they are downbound and the MQ is being towed UPbound in the Mississippi River, passing the Aurora Plantation house. He's got traffic to deal with, but hopefully he can reach the tugboat pilot and find out what the heck is going on. I think they were concerned about getting under bridges along the Intracostal, so maybe that is the problem. What next????????
