Default Film of steamboats; Way

Some of you, I think, will be quite familiar with a film put together for Fred Way about thirty years ago by Eastman Kodak. The film was largely (I think) taken by Fred in the 20s and 30s with a camera given him by his mother. My question is: is this film (or disc, now) available to those who have not seen it?
