Where is it in relation to the casino's? I noticed that Fitzgerald's is still there, wherein still reside some of my murals, I hope. They have added a swanky hotel and parking garage. When they were installing the murals, I was there to supervise and do touch up. It took longer than expected, and when we went to look for a room to spend the night, there was no room in the inn. So we tried to sleep in the truck. During the night someone ran a bulldozer all around us. And then some towboat pilot decided to peruse the Fitzgerald's project, and our pickup, with his searchlight. At length. Maybe he was thinking of landing there at some future date. I'm just glad he didn't land there that night. But it would not have mattered. We didn't get much sleep anyway.
