Keith...if you're serious about wanting some souviners, etc. contact the demolition company. I'm sure they would love to have some extra revenue from selling or perhaps a tax deduction from a donation of the artifacts. Once they remove anything from the wreck, they own it and must dispose of it. It wouldn't hurt to make a phone call, you never know.
Remember a few months ago I suggested someone see if the owner would give the boat to the Howard museum? He would have been thousands ahead..probably with a huge tax deduction.. had he done it. Same might hold true for the demolition company.
