I'd say that's the CHRIS GREENE (I) also. The FRED HALL was in the harbor with steam up that November 4th. She provided aid and assistance, and pulled the Chris away from the wharfboat into the river. It looks as if the QUEEN CITY is at her wharfboat and was lucky not to get cought in the conflagration.
